In this 90-minute session, we drop into the body through a hypnotic, yoga-nidraâstyle meditation that deepens your access to the subconscious.
We follow what arises with curiosity, creativity, and compassion â tracking the micro-shifts that reveal where your system is holding activation or unfinished survival energy. As we titrate slowly through the five channels, your body begins to communicate through: sensations, posture, emotions, imagery & suppressed thoughts/memories.
As these layers unfold, your system naturally moves toward completion, releasing what no longer serves you, and restoring a sense of groundedness and inner clarity.
