EmbraceHer blends TCM, body based practices, and Somatic Experiencing into a deeply personalized transformative experience.
Using Body Mapping™, derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine’s 5 Element Theory, we begin reading your body's unique energetic blueprint. Through breath patterns, body language, behavior, emotion, and cravings we will determine the current pattern your nervous system is running. Where your body is storing limiting beliefs, looping unhelpful patterns, and holding you back from your dreams.
This framework acts as a roadmap. Because once we determine the current pattern, we can also use it to pinpoint where self trust, joy, and authenticity lives in your system. We don’t just focus on the the wound or getting to the root of the issue. From the very beginning we find safety in the body, and build the nervous system of the version of you who already trusts herself, advocates for herself, and turns her dreams into reality.
From there, you’ll receive a short personalized daily somatic practice: breath work, meditation, or movement designed specifically to shift the pattern of your nervous system, and anchor in self trust.
In session, we use Somatic Experiencing, working with sensation, emotion, posture, and imagination, to bring awareness to how that story is impacting your body in the present moment. We track your nervous system in real time: finding its rhythm, following its wisdom, and creating space for unhelpful patterns to release so that new ones can emerge. We don’t focus on the story of what happened. We don’t loop in fear or victimhood. Instead, we allow the body to find safety, release what no longer serves us, and embody self trust.

Somatic Practitioner & Self Trust Coach. But more importantly, I’m a human who loves her life. But it hasn’t always been that way.
For years I didn’t feel safe in my body, I didn’t trust myself. I heard it from teachers, bosses, mentors, “Just trust yourself.” Looking back I had no idea just how much my lack of self trust was truly costing me. Notes I could easily sing in private? I’d bomb during auditions. Relationships that were going well? I'd self sabotaged. Career growth? Too anxious for it. There was a time when I didn’t even trust the words that came out of my mouth. I stopped trusting my own reality, and became hyper vigilant of every word I said, every facial expression I made, every breath I took. On the outside, I was holding it together. Underneath, I was barely surviving. Talk therapy wasn’t working. Medication wasn’t working. I was at a loss. But then I discovered somatics. That alone shifted the reality that I was living in.Through somatic work, I developed a deep relationship and awareness of my body. I learned to work with it instead of against it. I listened to it. I gave it what it needed.And from there I was able to release the energy that kept me anxious and self sabotaging. I closed the loop on the paranoia and intrusive thoughts. And instead gave my body a new experience. Mindset work is powerful, but if there’s one thing my somatic journey taught me, it’s that the body informs the mind. The mind informs your behavior. And your behavior informs the life you lead. In helping my body feel safe, my thoughts stopped looping. And when the thoughts stopped looping I was able to respond more calmly. And when I responded more calmly, my life was less chaotic.What started as my personal healing journey turned into my life purpose. Somatics didn't just heal my anxiety, it changed my outlook on life. It changed who I was being, and how I allowed myself to be treated. It shifted my identity and instilled the self trust to walk away from the things that were hurting me. My career, my social circles, places that were once sacred to me. I left with clarity. Because leaving wasn’t an act of self preservation, it was an act of self trust. And for the first time I believed there was a whole world that I could thrive in. So I took a leap of faith and left my old life behind. Because if somatics could restore my entire sense of self, it was worth studying more deeply. It was worth sharing with others.So I pursued formal education and certification, studying the mind-body connection, neuroscience, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Light Leader Kundalini™, and Somatic Experiencing. I became deeply trained in the language of the body: how it stores stress, how it responds to stimuli, and how to navigate various nervous system patterns.Today, I blend Traditional Chinese Medicine and body based practices with Somatic Experiencing to help clients find safety in their body, so they can stop looping in fear and start living with authenticity.Because healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about embracing all parts of yourself. It’s about trusting yourself.

Somatic is derived from the word “soma” meaning of the body. This is body based work focusing on the mind-body connection. Somatic work focuses on how experiences are stored in the body. Instead of only talking about what happened, we work with sensation, emotion, posture, and imagination to help your nervous system process and integrate stress in real time. Somatic practices include things such as: Breathwork, Meditation, and Movement.

Nope :) You just need a body and a willingness to listen to your body. Everything is guided, and taken at your pace.

This is not psychotherapy. It is body-based healing rooted in somatic practices and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Many clients use this work alongside therapy, and it can complement existing mental health support.

Real change takes repetition. Twelve weeks allows us to identify patterns, build new ones, and integrate them into your daily life. We aren’t just regulating your nervous system, we are completely rewiring it!
After the 12 weeks you are more than welcome to book one off sessions as needed, or renew for another 12 weeks.

Many clients come to this work after trying therapy, mindset work, and other modalities. If you understand your patterns but still feel stuck in them, this work focuses on integration, not just insight.
